Force LMS is a liability management solution designed to fix many of the cumbersome and tedious tasks associated with the operation and maintenance of a law enforcement organization. Force was designed with the cooperation and active input of law enforcement professionals and municipalities.
The benefits of Force LMS are numerous, but a small collection of these include:
- All training-related data is stored in a centralized location.
- All training documents are presented using a consistent format and design.
- Professional training reports are created in seconds.
- Track individual and organizational training records, statistical data, year-over-year and by-the-hour data, by training category or by budget line item.
- Assign sensitive items to employees with confidence and accountability. Force LMS has an inventory tool that makes this task easy.
What about policy review?
With Force LMS, we make it simple. Point, click and send. When it’s reviewed by employee(s), it’s automatically documented in their policy review training record.
What if an employee does not respond?
This is impossible with Force LMS. If the employee does not respond within three days, notice is sent to the Training Administrator(s). The Training Administrator(s) can address the issue themselves or they can contact that employee’s direct supervisor. In any case, this reminder will continue every three days, until the employee responds, or the Training Administrator(s) exempt that employee from reviewing that particular policy. The same function is available for new training bulletins or special notices.Training Administrators scheduling new in-service training will find this task much simpler using Force LMS.
This point-and-click system saves Training Administrators countless hours in constructing training documentation and reports, while improving communication and coordination between themselves, instructors, students and executives. Simply choose the training category, subcategory, date, time, location, uniform, instructor(s), lesson plans, required resources, students and the training record is 95% built in a matter of seconds. Hit send and notification is sent to all parties. When the training is complete, the instructors report back to the Training Administrator(s) with attendance and any performance-related issues (pass/fail/scores/injuries/remedial training requirements). Instructor input is the final piece of data needed for a particular in-service training event to be entered into Force LMS. Once that data is entered, either by the instructor(s) or the Training Administrator, the training record is complete and the data is built into the individual student’s record, the instructor’s record and is integrated into the organization’s training record.
Documenting training from outside vendors is severely simplified using Force LMS. Training Administrators can either do it themselves or they can make users responsible for this task. If they make the users responsible, this saves an immense amount of time, as users input the data then submit it to the Training Administrator for review and approval. This function is yet another feature that makes Force LMS the most flexible and functional training and risk management software available.
The Force LMS scheduling tool sends reminders to ensure you don’t forget the types of training, such as sexual harassment and blood-borne pathogens, that are often overlooked.
